Ha-Ninh Nguyen is a joint PhD candidate between the University of Melbourne and the Università di Corsica Pasquale Paoli (France), working on multiscale experimentation and simulation of wildfire spotting. Ha-Ninh’s background is in experimental aerospace and computational simulation with a Bachelor of Space and Aeronautics from University of Science and Technology of Hanoi in 2019. He completed his Master of Mechanical Engineering from Kunsan National University in 2023 and has served at the Unmanned Arial Vehicle Laboratory in Taiwan and the Computational Optimization Laboratory in South Korea. Ha-Ninh is also a national point of contact for Vietnam on the Space Generation Advisory Council. Outside of work, Ninh is very keen on playing badminton and outdoor activities.
