Paul Bentley

Research Assistant

Paul is currently undertaking research as a bushfire risk analyst with FLARE. His current research interests include developing decision support tools though the integration of risk frameworks and geospatial analytics for fire risk planning. He can be found working on a range of activities such as out collecting data in the field, programming, remote sensing, and building models.

Paul completed his Masters in Forest Ecosystem Science back in 2016 and works as an environmental engineer, working between industry and academia in the geospatial science and environmental risk fields. Paul is an avid naturalist and can often be found exploring the Central Highlands.
