Phuong is a part-time Master of Environment student in her final year of study. She has a keen interest in the intersection between environmental and climate policies and the economy. Phuong undertook her undergraduate training in Economics and Finance, and worked in private consulting for a number of years before joining the public sector. She is currently work full-time in energy policy at the Victorian Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action. Outside of work and study, Phuong enjoy rock climbing (indoors and outdoors) and spending time with her two cats Noodle and Chip.
